We are seeking a General Manager (GM) to lead our Mobile AL, operations with vision, discipline, and a results-driven mindset.
Position Overview
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of operations, sales, financial performance, and people leadership for the operation. This role requires a hands-on operator who can balance strategy with execution, ensuring strong business growth, operational excellence, and an engaged workforce. The GM will act as a key driver of culture, accountability, and profitability across multiple service lines.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service lines operations with confidence, clarity, and purpose
- Develop, implement and execute annual business strategies aligned with company goals.
- Champion Hansen Super Techs’ mission, values, and service standards across the Gulf Region
- Manage the branch P&L, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability
- Build a strong leadership bench by hiring, mentoring, and coaching managers and team leads
- Ensure a best-in-class customer experience by upholding high service and communication standards
- Foster a culture of high-performance, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Analyze KPIs to assess performance and guide business decisions
- Build strong community and customer relationships to strengthen the Hansen Super Techs brand
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments across the Gulf Region
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent across management, field, and office teams
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or equivalent
- 5+ years of leadership experience, ideally in residential services, construction, or a related industry
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and grow business units
- Deep understanding of financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Exceptional communication skills and a presence that motivates and inspires
- A growth mindset with the ability to adapt, pivot, and innovate when needed
- Detail-oriented, with a drive for operational excellence and quality control
- A reputation for integrity, empathy, and sound judgment
